Cobalt is one of my favorite Creme Eyeliners, I know it sounds crazy but even though it's like a deep blue color you should see this stuff on with the tan eye shadows it highlights your eyes so perfectly and the color just beams out at you, besides that it glides on so evenly and smooth its better then using a pencil eyeliner because it gentler on the eyes, don't be scared ladies this is a great color and the creme eyeliners last all day, they don't start wearing off like the pencils.

Beautiful color for all eye colors and brightens up the whites of the eyes. Goes on easily and smoothly and lasts all day.
