  2. Is it safe to use my debit card online?
    Yes. If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.


  3. What is the status of my order?
    Your order status will be available after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top left corner of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order. NOTE: You must be logged in to MakeupConnection.com for the "My Account" link to show.


  4. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
    We'll gladly accept returns for any MakeupConnection.com products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Return shipping and handling fees are your responsibility. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. To make it easy, place the item into the original packaging to ship your product.

  5. How long will it be before I receive my order?
    For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to Canadian or APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes. * When you send money via PayPal with an eCheck, the transaction is held by PayPal until the electronic funds transfer clears your bank. If your eCheck is from a U.S. bank account, the transaction will be held as pending for 3-4 business days, until the electronic funds transfer clears your bank. If your eCheck is from a Canadian bank account, the transaction will be held as pending for 7-8 business days, until the electronic funds transfer clears your bank.


  6. Can I expedite my shipping?
    Yes, expedited shipping is available to street addresses. Orders are usually processed and shipped out the next business day. When you chose expedited shipping, your package will be delivered via UPS on business days only, excluding weekends and holidays, according to UPS guidelines.


  7. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal for all orders on MakeupConnection.com.     You may mail a check or money order to purchase Makeup Dollars which you can then use to order whatever you like from MakeupConnection.com just as you could with a credit card. *PLEASE NOTE: This is not available for purchasing items on installment payments.   9. Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
    We ship to all US States and Territories, and Canada. Sorry, we do not ship to any other countries at this time.


  10. Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
    Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.


  11. What do you charge for shipping an order?
    Shipping costs for orders from MakeupConnection.com are based upon real time quotes from UPS. The cost of shipping is calculated based upon the weight of your order, the distance it is being shipped, and the shipping method that you chose during checkout. A quote of available shipping options and fees will be provided during your checkout process. Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders over $75.00. The free shipping offer does not apply to expedited shipping methods.


  12. When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
    Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment.


  13. Do you do back orders?
    MakeupConnection.com does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock, it will not be available on the website, or we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.


  14. Do you have a catalog?
    Currently, our entire product line is online, we do not have a physical catalog.
