We ship to all US States and Territories including PO boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses, and Canada. Sorry, we do not ship to any other countries at this time.

Orders placed before Nine AM Eastern on business days are usually shipped out that same day. All other orders are usually processed and shipped out the next business day. For standard shipping, delivery time is 3-5 business days. 2 Day and Next Day shipping are also available to residential and commercial addresses within the continental US. Please allow additional time for shipments to Canadian or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping costs for orders from MakeupConnection.com are based upon real time quotes from UPS. The cost of shipping is calculated based upon the weight of your order, the distance it is being shipped, and the shipping method that you chose during checkout. A quote of available shipping options and fees will be provided during your checkout process. Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders over $75.00. The free shipping offer does not apply to expedited shipping methods.

We'll gladly accept returns for any MakeupConnection.com products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Return shipping and handling fees are your responsibility. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. To make it easy, place the item in its original condition into the original packaging to ship your product.

We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash or for another product. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the purchaser. Please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address and/or login information. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
