  1. What is the status of my order?
    Your order status is processing until it ships which is usually within 5 business days. You can check the status of your order and track the delivery by logging into your account. If you do not have an account, please refer to the order or shipping confirmation emails you were sent by us.
  2. How long will it be before I receive my order?
    Normally your order will ship within 5 business days. You should receive your order within 4-5 business days after it ships. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.
  3. Can I expedite my shipping?
    No, expedited shipping is not available. Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 5 business days. Your package will be delivered via USPS First Class or Priority Mail according to USPS guidelines.
  4. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal for all orders on MakeupConnection.com.
  5. Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
    We ship to all US States and Territories. Sorry, we do not ship to any other countries at this time.
  6. Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
    Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
  7. What do you charge for shipping an order?
    We charge a flat fee of $5 for shipping of all orders.
  8. Do you do back orders?
    MakeupConnection.com does not allow back orders. If an item is out of stock, it will be labeled as such. Please check back again at a future date to see if it has been restocked.
  9. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
    We’ll gladly accept returns for any unused MakeupConnection.com products returned within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Return shipping and handling fees are your responsibility. To make it easy, place the item into the original packaging with the original packing slip to return your product.Mail your return to:
